Kids Accountable for their Actions? SAY IT ISN'T SO!!!

Read NY Times Story Here

My wife and I spend a lot of time talking about what the future of this country looks like, and we usually see a lot about parents being, for lack of a better word, STUPID, and teaching their kids to be even worse

I've grown tired of hearing about "this guy" suing "that guy" because "that guy" was doing his job and "this guy" got in the way and in turn, got hurt. Personal responsibility is a thing of the past, a figment of our memory from a by-gone era, a notion of our previous greatness!

When I read this story to my wife, we were both blown away that in our day, there are still some parents, teachers and coaches who believe that kids are smart enough to know the difference between right and wrong, and know that the kids should be held responsible for their actions.

I, for one, am now rooting for this team's success to continue, we simply need more schools like this!

Train up a child in the way he should go, And even when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
